News24xx.com - Not only type of food is important for health but also the time to eat. Reporting from Womens Health, September 6th 2018 everyone has different meal times. This depends on the activity, condition of the body and the digestive system.

There are those who wake up and eat breakfast immediately but there are also those who enjoy breakfast when they arrive at the office. Especially for breakfast time, nutritionists recommend the right time to eat breakfast to get the best benefits of it. According to Theresa Shank, a nutritionist in Philadelphia, the most appropriate time to eat the breakfast menu is two hours after waking up. "Eating breakfast at this time lag affects appetite and blood sugar tends to be more stable throughout the day."

When eating at the wrong time, blood sugar tends to be unstable. This then has a negative impact on the body. Shank said that if blood sugar is unstable then a fast hungry reaction will appear and make appetite increase. "When we wake up, the body needs a pause after fasting overnight" Shank added. No matter you wake up at 6 am or noon, give two hours before eating the breakfast menu.

This two hour delay applies to everyone. However, for diabetics the longer the breakfast time is, the better. But according to other nutritionists, this time delay is not binded. Maya Feller of the nutrition agency at Brookyn said, there is no need to wait for up to two hours if the body needs food intake. "If you are used to exercising in the morning, you need to identify whether you need to eat or will be fine without eating first" Feller said.

When you exercise you feel dizzy, meaning the stomach needs food intake. Try eating a piece of toast or banana that can restore your energy during exrecise. Don't force exercise on an empty stomach.
