One of the Tesla employee reveals the bad habits of Elon Musk

Companies engaged in the automotive sector and renewable energy sources have difficulties in achieving their production targets. As a result, the plant continues to operate without stopping, with employees working 8-12 hours a day. And Elon Musk as CEO is the busiest of all people at Tesla.

The employees of the electric car manufacturer claimed to see Elon working hard day and night without stopping. He appears everywhere without knowing the time. The man nicknamed Iron Man is said to work until he have to crawl into his place to close his eyes. The place is various, can be on the factory floor, under the table, or meeting room.

"He's here all the time. I know people have seen him sleep on the floor or under the desk. When everyone wants to leave the factory and suddenly sees someone huddled under the table, it could be Elon" Miguel Carrera said, which works at Tesla in the manufacturing department.

Carrera, along with a number of other employees, considered Elon's sleeping habits 'inspiring' them. This is claimed to help employees to work harder to meet Tesla's production targets, as quoted from Yahoo Finance, Friday, September 7th 2018.
