News24xx.com - Dishes made from eggs are very easy to find in our everyday life. The processed products can be used for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eggs are the main source of animal protein which also contains various types of vitamins and minerals.

Fitness nutrition practitioner Jansen Ongko said, egg consumption should be adjusted to the needs of each person. Usually egg consumption ranges from three to five grains per day. "Consumption can be more if there is no allergy, but other nutritional needs must be considered" Jansen said.

How to cook affects the amount of egg consumption per day. Fried eggs with lots of oil, overcooked, with lots of sugar and salt should not be consumed too much. This risks increasing the level of harmful cholesterol or low density lipoprotein (LDL) in the body. LDL that is too high can interfere with heart and circulatory function.

Jansen explained, as much as 70 percent of cholesterol needs are actually more produced inside the body. While the other 30 percent is we got from outside, for example food and drinks. Unfortunately cholesterol that enters the body is often not a type of high density lipoprotein (HDL) which is healthier for the body.

Eggs are currently the main source of animal protein for the people of Indonesia. Its cheaper price, easy to get, cause the egg is hard to be removed from our daily life.
