A nanny caught on camera was hitting a child while his parents were away

News24xx.com - Parents Dyana and Chris Ko had to attend their other son’s basketball game, and had no choice but to leave their other son who was suffering from Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome.

According to Dyana, her son was non-verbal, he’s already blind in one eye, and he’s a hundred percent fed by a feeding tube.

The child needed special attention, and that was why a nurse named Thelma Manalastas was there.

She was paid to take care of the child, and attend to his needs. However, when Dyana checked her by nannycam app, she was horrified at what she saw.

The nurse was physically abusing the 2-year-old special needs child, and they needed to have her arrested before she could do anything worse.

Thankfully, the distraught couple immediately called 911, prompting the police to rush to the scene and arrest Thelma Manalastas

Thelma’s employers, Maxim Healthcare Services, had this to say: “Upon learning of this incident, we conducted an investigation that resulted in the termination of Ms. Manalastas’ employment with Maxim. We have notified the California Board of Nursing and will continue to fully cooperate with authorities as they investigate this matter.”

But Dyana and Chris are determined to sue Thelma as well as Maxim Healthcare Services for the trauma that their child had to go through.
