Hotspots in Sumatra still rampant, Riau the most

As stated by Head of Information Section of BMKG Stasiun Pekanbaru, Marzuki. "Sumatra Hotspot with a confidence level above 50 percent as many as 127 points. The most in South Sumatra 57 points and Riau 28 points. Then Kepri 3 points, Jambi 7 points, Babel 19 points, and Lampung 13 points" he said.

Riau hotspots are spread mostly from Indragiri Hilir (Inhil) as many as 16 points. Then Pelalawan 3 points and Indragiri Hulu (Inhu) 9 points.

The maximum air temperature during the day can reach 34 degrees Celsius. Air humidity is 45 - 97 percent and East - South wind / 09 - 27 km / hour.

While the weather is potential mild rain locally is occurring in parts of Rohil, Rohul, Kampar, Dumai, Bengkalis, Siak, Kuansing, Inhu and Inhil.

"At night there is the potential for light, local rain occurring in parts of Rohil, Rohul, Kampar, Pelalawan, Dumai, Kuansing, Siak, Pekanbaru, and Meranti Islands" said Marzuki.
