Putin beat Trump in a rating of confidence to world leaders

News24xx.com - US President Donald Trump ranked last in the global trust rating, which was compiled by the American analytical center Pew Research Center.

The center surveyed more than 26 thousand people to find out how the inhabitants of 25 countries of the world belong to the five world leaders. 70% of respondents said that Trump makes the wrong decisions in world politics, only 26% adhere to the opposite opinion. At the same time, 30% of respondents trust the President of Russia Vladimir Putin (62% don’t trust).

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has the highest trust rating (52%), another third (31%) don’t trust her. In second place is French President Emmanuel Macron, who is trusted by 46%, and 34% don’t trust. The leader of China Xi Jinping is trusted by 34% and 56% don’t trust.

The Pew Research Center conducted this research on the international image of the United States, coinciding with the biennial presidency of Donald Trump.
