For now, there are three beach tourism destinations that are worth a visit because they keep nature's beauty so beautiful. The three destinations are Rupat Beach, Tenggayun Beach in Bandar Laksemana District and Pantai Indah Selat Baru in Bantan District.

The magnitude of tourism potential in these three destinations, has also been recognized by the Ministry of Tourism (Kemenpar) RI, during a coordination meeting some time ago in Jakarta. Therefore, the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports Tourism (Disbudparpora), Bengkalis, is currently striving to increase the potential in the three regions.

"We continue to develop and enhance tourism potential in these three destinations. This is in accordance with the request of the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia some time ago," said Head of Tourism of Disbudpapora Bengkalis, Iyon Setiawan, Monday, October 8, 2018.

"Thank God, the villages today have been active in developing tourism," he said.

For now, he explained again, one that is addressed is access to the tourist area. "At present the access is adequate. It remains to be improved again. In this case, the role of the local people is very influential. Because they are serving the visitors directly.
