A famous restaurant in the UK makes many sushi by using dark and white chocolate

News24xx.com -  The famous chocolate factory, Choc on Choc will collaborate with sushi restaurants, Yo! Sushi to make rolls uses their chocolate. 

The collaboration was held to celebrate National Chocolate Week.

As reported by Metro, October 9 2018, the combination of sushi and chocolate will be available during the National Chocolate Week, from 15 to 21 October. But the sushi with chocolate rolls was only available at Yo! Sushi in Selfridges London, Manchester and Brimingham.

The rolls will be made using the best Belgian genuine chocolate. And the white chocolate is chosen for sushi rice in a sushi dish, and each roll will also be given dark chocolate in the middle.

Sushi will made using the production method that has been patented by Choc on Choc, which is by coating chocolate on top of chocolate. Besides the shaped of chocolate is similar with a sushi, chocolate also designed in various shapes.

The chocolate dish is served at a rotating table, so the visitors can take the dish themselves. For one portion, the tariff is only IDR 76,000 (USD 5), its very cheap. 

Previously, Yo! Sushi is known as a sushi restaurant that offers various types of sushi. They also have menus that become favorites, such as beef nigiri, chicken katsu, hoisin duck roll and salmon nigiri.

This combination of chocolate and sushi is something new good for Yo! Sushi and Choc on Choc chocolate factory. 

 "We have never tried a sweet sushi before," said Flo Broughton, Co-Founder of Choc on Choc.
