The cable car that will be opened in the Klein Matterhorn is the highest in the world and will cross the border between Switzerland and Italy, or the so-called Piccolo Cervino. The cable car named Matterhorn Glacier Ride can be boarded by tourists from the city of Zermatt to the top of the Klein Matterhorn.

In the course of nine minutes, the cable car will glide 900 meters at an altitude of 170 meters across the hills and mountains. There are 25 train cars that can deliver around 2,000 passengers every hour. One train car can accommodate 28 people. The carriage is also specially designed with glass floors so that passengers can enjoy the view while sliding.
