From afternoon to night heavy rains will flush Riau

News24xx.com - Tuesday, October 16th, 2018, heavy rain is predicted to flush the territory of Riau Province. The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) noted that the rain could fall during the night.

As stated by Head of Information Section of BMKG Stasiun Pekanbaru, Marzuki. "The maximum air temperature can reach 33 degrees Celsius. With humidity of 60-98 percent and Southwest winds - Northwest / 09-27 km / hour" he said.

Then during the day there is the potential for heavy rainfall to occur locally in most parts of Riau. "At night the potential for rain is scattered with strong winds and lightning occurs in the Kampar, Rohil, Meranti, Kuansing, Pekanbaru, Bengkalis and Dumai cities" he said.

While hotspots in Sumatra with a confidence level above 50 percent there is only 1 point in South Sumatra. While in Riau, hotspots are still not detected.
