News24xx.com - At 2018 New York Fashion Week, Marc Jacobs gave a surprise by wearing a scarf on the heads of the models. The Fall / Winter 2018 collection raised the glamorous style of the 1980s. The scarf worn on the head was indeed a complement to fashion in that era. No wonder, if Marc Jacob perfected the look of the collection with a scarf that was touted as the hijab of this era.

After kicking off the runaway stage, Marc Jacobs re-paired the 'hijab' on the heads of the models for his latest advertisement. Wearing his Fall / Winter 2018 collection, the models were photographed by photographer Steven Meisel.

The modest style of the models is directed by the stylist Katie Grand. There is no confirmation that the scarf worn by the models is 'hijab', or indeed it is devoted to attract Muslim markets. Plus the pose of models whose are holding dogs that are not in accordance with Muslim life. However, modest appearance, hijab, or head coverings are often found in world fashion shows in recent times.

For example, the brand for Gucci also paired a scarf like a hijab on the head of the Fall / Winter 2018 collection show. Retail GAP Kids even wears a hijab model in one of the 'GAP to School' campaigns. GAP deliberately raised the theme of diversity in its advertising. The little model looks unique using instant hijab among other children.
