IMOS 2018: Honda PCX Electric First Introduced in Indonesia

News24xx.com -  For the first time, PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) finally introduced its newest electric scooter at the Indonesia Motorcycle Show (IMOS) 2018. This scooter is PCX Electric, which is present in the Advance booth AHM zone with Forza 250 and PCX Hybrid.

Indeed, Honda PCX Electric is not a new model. This environmentally friendly scooter was released at the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show.

Reflecting on PCX Electric which was introduced in TMS last year, Honda PCX Electric powered a Li-ion battery that can be exchanged. The power that the battery can produce is claimed to be around 0.98 kW.

In appearance, PCX Electric is indeed very similar to its siblings, PCX and PCX Hybrid.

The difference is, PCX Electric comes with full white color, plus blue accents that indicate this motorbike is environmentally friendly. In addition, there is also an emblem bearing the name 'Electric' on his left right wing which confirms the type of skutik kitchen.

Unfortunately, the AHM does not want to say when PCX Electric will be officially sold.
"For now, PCX Electric that we present is indeed a product concept. Currently it is finalizing. From the manufacturing process, then in the community we also want to see what the IMOS 2018 animation looks like. What are the inputs in electricity technology," said AHM Marketing Director Thomas Wijaya, at the Jakarta Convention Center on Wednesday (10/31/2018).
