News24xx.com -  Stress affects human life in various ways. Stress interferes with sleep, affects mood, makes pain. But more importantly, stress damages the brain.

Thus the latest study.

We've all experienced stress, right? But if you experience stress on a regular basis, it can have a huge effect on the mind and body. It can cause mental fatigue and make people irritable or angry easily. It also causes people to not be able to sleep, lose appetite and libido. Stress can also cause an increased risk of various diseases, including cardiovascular and gastrointestinal diseases, and diabetes.

Recently, a group of researchers from Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts, further investigated the effects of stress on the brain. In their study, they involved 2,000 middle-aged people, who attended the study for eight years.

Those who took part in the trial also took psychological exams, memory exams and thinking skills tests before the study took place.

Researchers also took blood samples to measure the levels of cortisol in their blood. Cortisol is a hormone that is often associated with stress.

The results of their study showed that people who have high cortisol levels in the blood, the results of their memory tests were not as good as those whose cortisol levels were classified as normal.

In addition, the results of the study show that their low memory abilities appear to have existed, even before the symptoms of decreased memory appeared.
