"If you just don't feel well, your body can still do some exercises but it is with the adjusted intensity" said Dr. Grace Joselini, met on the sidelines of the event in Kuningan, Jakarta.

"The low intensity exercise is like light jogging. However, what also we need to be considered is the strength or ability of people are different each other" added the doctor who handled the Indonesian women's soccer team during the 2018 Asian Games.

Not only exercise, consuming healthy foods and getting enough sleep also become important capital for a healthy body.
