"The principle is we can start in light activity, like walking from the house to the alley, look for a parking lot that is further away from usual. And every two hours try to stretch" Grace said at a press conference on Sun Life's healthy lifestyle, at Jakarta, Thursday, November 9th 2018.

There are no grandiose conditions to start exercising. Physical conditions clearly have to be in prime condition and not in a state of illness. In other milder conditions, such as flu, Grace said, someone can exercise casually like jogging. "If there is flu, and fever you can exercise with mild to moderate intensity" Grace said.

Sports intensity can be measured by knowing the maximum pulse rate. At heavy intensity, the pulse reaches more than 80 percent of the maximum pulse. While the moderate intensity ranges from 60-80 percent of the maximum pulse and below 60 percent for mild intensity.
