Then this chocolate is made with Hong Kong-style ingredients such as char siu which is commonly used as an Asian roast spice. "I like making dessert, everyone wants to taste bold taste of culinary. Complicated food is also a challenge for me" said the 34-year-old man.

Not only he presented a unique taste, Foote also presents the interesting shapes. The chocolate is formed in 3 dimensions with round shapes and pointed cones. This artistic form of chocolate shows that chocolate is made by artists with high taste of art.
