Grand tourism event of Kuwung Festival, RI legislative candidates for house representative from Riau, Zayu Rizki Safitri fulfills the invitation from Banyuwangi Regent

News24xx.com - Zayu Rizki Safitri or better known as Zayu the Srikandi of Malay fulfilled the invitation of the Government of Banyuwangi Regency, East Java to attend at the grand event of Kuwung Festival Tourism titled ‘Selendang Wangi’(Scented Shawl), on Banyuwangi, December 8th, 2018.

Also presented at the event, the Regent of Banyuwangi, Abdullah Azwar Anas, Regents and Mayors of all East Java, Deputy Chairperson of OPD, Cross Ethnic and Religious Community Leaders, as well as domestic and foreign guests.

Regent of Banyuwangi, Abdullah Azwar Anas as the host welcomed all the guests who attended the grand event of the Kuwung Festival Tourism Event, ‘Selendang Wangi’.

According to him, currently Banyuwangi Regency is getting the interest of the Central Government, because there are many festival events held by this regency, so that it becomes an attraction for local and foreign tourists to come to this city.

Separately, Zayu Rizki Safitri, the Srikandi of Malay who is also the Indonesian House of Representatives candidate in District Election I who attended the festival also said that Banyuwangi is very rich in tourism potential, so it became its own attraction. "We want to learn how could they make a festival here. We hope that in the future we can also hold a festival like this in Riau Province" he said.

"Now we have to take the tourism potential seriously in the regencies and cities in Riau Province. I am sure that the management of tourism potential is very serious, it’s able to increase the economy and income for the region itself" said Zayu Rizki Safitri.

She said, the event of ‘Selendang Wangi’ at Kuwung festival was so lively and attended by tens of thousands of people from inside and outside the regency. They are gathered together in the courtyard of the Banyuwangi Regent's office to watch this big event.
