The controversial statue, The Fearless Girl now has new home

News24xx.com - The statue of 'Fearless Girl' which was on Wall Street in New York has been became a conversation since last 2016 and was publicly protested. The statue of a little girl challenging the bull statue of 'Charging Bull' became popular. 'Fearless Girl' was moved from its original location on November 27th, mostly because of the danger of traffic caused by many people around these two statues.

The bronze statue that had caused controversy inspired millions of people with the message of feminism. Now the statue has a new and more permanent home, which is in front of the New York Stock Exchange building.

Deputy Chief Executive of the Stock Exchange Betty Liu said officials decided to put it on a permanent location after two years in Boston. "The statue is among friends of the New York Stock Exchange" she was quoted as saying by The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday, December 11th 2018.

While the 'Charging Bull' statue will rejoin near the stock exchange, side by side with the 'Fearless Girl'. The statue of a ponytail-haired girl in a wind-blown dress was installed in front of a bronze bull statue in early March, and soon became a tourist attraction and internet sensation.
