A 14 year-old boy shot his father dead then went to an elementary school to murdered a six year-old boy

After kissed his pet bunny goodbye, a 14 year-old boy shot his father dead then went to an elementary school and murdered a six year-old boy in September 2016.

The boy named Jess Osborne, of Townville, South Carolina shooting his dad Jeffrey Osborne three times in the back of the head as he sat in a chair reading.

Osborne pleaded guilty to the murderous rage in a court hearing Monday, November 10 2018. 

The court was told how Osborne, who is now 16, joined a secret Instagram group before the rampage, where he bragged of his plan to kill scores of kids. He wrote, "I think I’ll probably most likely kill around 50 or 60. If I get lucky maybe 150."

He take his father’s pickup truck to Townville Elementary School and driving three miles to the school.

On arriving, he crashed the truck into a playground fence, before firing shots at a group of children playing outside during recess. 

Afterwards, Osborne is said to have thrown down the pistol and wailed ‘I’m sorry! I’m sorry!’ as he was held down by a volunteer firefighter. 

The court was told that Osborne is mentally competent. He will faces at least 30 years in prison without the possibility of parole.
