In the case of timely receipt of ransom, hackers guarantee the US government the removal and complete destruction of files. They claim that the scandalous materials contain evidence about the involvement of local companies in the terrorist act, including the insurance segment. Despite calls from the public who asked Dark Overlord to publicize the entire archive, hackers are pursuing mercantile goals and want to make money by taking advantage of an oversight by federals and financial giants.
