6. Eat on schedule
It is no secret to anyone that often, if you are very hungry, you are ready to eat an elephant. Forced hunger strikes lead to overeating, and it leads to gaining extra weight. Therefore, eat on schedule: breakfast until 11.00, lunch - at 14.00, dinner - at 18.00.
7. Keep your calorie intake
The nutritionist advises for breakfast to cook rice porridge with milk, oatmeal with dried fruits, buckwheat. Buckwheat can’t even cook, but just soak for the night, brewing boiling water. In the morning, pour the steamed cereal with low-fat kefir or yogurt without filler. Drinks to taste: black and green tea, coffee. The perfect lunch is a combination of several dishes, whose caloric content should not exceed 350-450 kcal. In other words, the size of the meat or fish portion equals the size of your palm. In this case, vegetables can be eaten in unlimited quantities and in any form: salads, stewed, etc. Drinks: freshly squeezed juices without sugar, compote from dried fruits, green tea, ginger tea. For lunch, you can afford a slice of cereal bread or rye toast.
8. For dinner, choose soup
The nutritionist believes that soup can be a good option for dinner. The simplest and most common types of soups will do: vegetable soup with lean broth with celery, cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, light fish soup. You can also make soups on chicken breast broth or with dietary turkey meatballs with vegetables. Try to do without potatoes in a recipe or soak it to reduce the calorie content of the dish to get rid of excess starch. Another version of the evening meal - broth from chicken or turkey breast, which you boiled for lunch, and hard-boiled egg.
9. Do not forget about snacks.
To make it easier to return to proper nutrition - don’t forget about snacks. This is necessary so that you don’t feel hunger. Apples, nuts (a few things, not the whole package), muesli, cottage cheese, drinking yoghurts are great for snacking.
