One of the local residents on the shore decided that the tourist was drowning when he saw him in the water. The Russian rushed from him, shouting that a friend was waiting for him at sea, to whom he should bring food. The police arrived at the noise and detained the tourist "in order to calm him down."

The Russian refused to give the police his name, and the street vendor decided not to report about the stealing of the tourist, explaining that “everyone has moments when we are a little crazy”. After an hour of the tourist’s stay at the police-station, the police released him without knowing his name.
