In China, executed a woman convicted of poisoning children

News24xx.com - In the north-west of China, a woman convicted of poisoning children was executed by lethal injection. According to the «Xinhua» news agency, the corresponding procedure was carried out the day before by a court sentence in city of Pingliang, Gansu province.

According to it, the workers of the dairy farm Ma Syulin and her husband Wu Guanquan intentionally added industrial nitrites to their milk. As a result, three children under two years died, more than thirty were seriously poisoned. Ma and Wu, as established by the investigation, wanted to undermine the credibility of another married couple of milkmen, with whom they had disputes.

Ma Syulin, who added the poison to the milk, was sentenced to death, Wu Guangquan, who had bought a poisonous chemical with his wife, was sentenced to life imprisonment.
