Kokunavi is a combination of two words, “kokuhaku” (means confession) and “navigation”. It is not a matchmaking company, where you can see the profiles of single people you may want to date or undergo a personality test to make your own profile. Instead, Kokunavi will help you confess to the person you like if you are too shy to do it yourself. Unfortunately, you do not get a refund if you are rejected.

Kokunavi offers three plans, with the most basic costing 29,000 Yen. This only covers the confession of love, or “kokuhaku”, and the reply.

If you have more money, you can afford the Support Pack Course, which costs 59,000 Yen. This course includes advice from Kokunavi’s experts on picking the right time, the right location, and even the exact wording used for the confession. Those will be decided in two or three meetings between you and the company’s staff.

 Lastly, there is Premium Course, which costs 146,000 Yen. It includes a lengthy process of four or five conferences. There will be data analysis of Kokunavi’s past projects to determine the best method for you to use. The company’s Premium Course boasted that as long as you know who you want to confess your love to, they can help you plan everything else.
