A old man died after portable toilet caught fire while he was using it

News24xx.com -  A man suffered an agonizing death after a portable toilet was fire while he was using it.

Police say, the horrific accident happened on Sunday at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore, Maryland.

Authorities say the victim, who was described as a middle-aged man, was burned and the authorities are still working to identify his remains.

A security guard at the stadium called the fire department when he discovered the portable toilet was ablaze. 

The fire then spread to two adjacent portable toilets. The guard told firefighters that the man ran out of one of the toilets completely engulfed in flames. The security guard saw him running from the porta potty; his body was on fire.

Baltimore Fire Department spokesperson, Blair Adams says, "He collapsed on the floor. He was dead upon arrival." 

The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Baltimore Fire Department, but it is not being treated as a criminal investigation at this point.
