News24xx.com - A flight from Saudi Arabia to Malaysia was forced to fly back to the airport it took off after a mother realized that she accidentally left her baby at the airport. This news went viral due to a video on social networks. In the video, a Saudi Arabian Airlines pilot asked to return to the hangar at King Abdulaziz Airport.

According to the pilot, the plane had to return because a mother frantically told the cabin crew that she forgot to bring her baby from the airport terminal. "May God be with us. Can we come back?" the pilot said to the watchtower as quoted by The Telegraph, on Tuesday, March 12th 2019.

The officer in watchtower was shocked hearing that then commented, "This flight is asking for a return. A passenger forgot her baby in the waiting room. Something like this is really new to us!".

Gulf News reported that the incident occurred at the end of last week. A number of other reports indicated the plane had not actually taken off yet. One of the media that reported this incident, The Independent, had contacted Saudi authorities, but not received any answer yet.
