Aubameyang got yellow card after his celebration using Black Panther mask

Pierre Emerick-AubameyangPierre Emerick-Aubameyang - Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang turned into the Black Panther and became a hero for Arsenal. But because the Emirates Stadium is not Wakanda, he got a yellow card. Aubameyang made two goals as Arsenal won 3-0 over Rennes in the Europa League last 16 second leg. The results of the match passed the Gunners to the last eight with a 4-3 aggregate advantage.

After scoring the second goal, or the third for Arsenal, Aubameyang took the Black Panther mask behind the goalpost. The mask that seemed to have been prepared was immediately used while celebrating the goal. But the striker got a yellow card for that celebration. Aubameyang is considered to violate FIFA's rules because the action is in the category of 'unsporting behavior'.

"If a player covers his face with a mask or similar equipment while celebrating a goal, it is a form of unnecessary and excessive celebration" read the official FIFA rules. Another goal celebration that can lead to yellow cards is if the player raises his shirt to cover his head. Or take off the jersey.

FIFA also strictly prohibits players from climbing fences or making body language provocative when celebrating goals. For Aubameyang, while still strengthening Borussia Dortmund he often celebrated his goals using a mask. But at that time, he chose to become Spiderman.
