Shooting himself in the process of making his music video, Justin Carter shot himself to death

News24xx.com - Famous country singer, Justin Carter, has died. He accidentally shot himself with a gun that was used as a prop during the shooting of his music video in Texas.

Carter died at the age of 35. His mother told the media that he was filming a music video in Houston on Saturday. But then the gun in his pocket went off and shot him in the corner of his eye.

“He was a wonderful artist. He was the voice, he was the total package and we’re trying to keep his legend [alive]” said his mother, Cindy McClellan, as cited from People.

Carter died during the time where his career started to take off. He would have had a tour after being signed to Triple Threat Management. He also released a new song titled Love Affair on March 9th.
