News24xx.com - A British boxer named Kash Ali has his license suspended after he was disqualified for biting his opponent during a heavyweight fight.

Ali’s opponent, David Price, claimed that Ali had bitten him several times in the non-title fight in Liverpool on Saturday. Price had a clear bite mark on his chest. When asked about a rematch against Ali, he said that he did not want to fight with an “animal” like that again.

The British Boxing Board of Control has suspended Ali. He also has his purse withheld.

The same thing had happened before. In 1999, British boxer Adrian Dodson was suspended for 18 months after he was found guilty of biting his opponent, Alain Bonnamie.
