WHO recommends to exercise for 150 minutes a week to prevent senility in the old age

Not even need to exercise heavily, just do what the WHO (World Health Organization) recommended, which is 150 minutes a week.
Sports with light intensity such as walking, with a rhythm in a hurry, are enough to provide benefits. In relation to dementia risk, scientists from Boston University proved the benefits of exercise for the brain. Participants who exercise longer, 'the age' of their brains become 1.1 years younger.
"We have begun to uncover the relationship between physical activity and brain health" said the researcher, Nicole Spartano, quoted from Dailymail. But this study did not reveal how long the optimal time for exercise. But for prevention of dementia or senility, it is recommended to exercise 250 minutes every week.
