News24xx.com - Our daily routines make we unable to find time to spend with our loved ones. Therefore, not infrequently many relationships become less harmonious due to lack of communication. It turns out this can be prevented in a fairly easy way, namely by routinely eating together with a partner.

Research from the Marriage Foundation in the UK found that couple who often eat together are happier if compared to those who rarely eat together, even the percentage reaches 67%. The Daily Mail UK reported, on May 15th 2019, this study also showed that eating together has the same importance as sex for couples.

"Couples who often decide to eat together regularly, enjoy their food more" concludes the study. These results were obtained after observing a third of married couples, and 28% of couples who live together.

The opposite results are found in one-fifth of married couples, and of course couples who rarely ate together. This was also conveyed by Sir Paul Coleridge, as a retired judge who explained that neglect and boredom are the main causes of his failed relationship.

"Providing time to eat together is vital, especially to ensure that couples can communicate well, without being disturbed by the screen of gadget devices. Of course, this is just as important as sex" Paul said.
