News24xx.com -  An US soloist Khalid confirmed the news that he would collaborate with the most famous South Korean vocal group at this time, BTS.

In an interview in 'Good Morning Britain' on Thursday, May 23 2019, he mentioned the project.

"We like each other," said Khalid, who just released the album "Free Spirit" in April.

"Just because you don't speak the same language as them doesn't mean you can't make friends," he continued.

"I feel they [BTS] are exceptions, they are different, and they deserve whatever happens in their lives right now."

Asked about the song or preparations that Khalid and BTS might have made, the 21-year-old man claimed they were in the process.

"Of course there is talk about this collaboration," he said. "I feel this collaboration will be great. I just have to get it," Khalid said again.

Previously, in a radio interview in the US, RM members leaked the collaboration so casually, surprised fans. BTS and Khalid were known to be friends after Khalid watched the BTS action in Los Angeles.

Soompi reported that Khalid also swayed and seemed to enjoy the atmosphere.

He even had time to upload the Story Instagram when Jimin sang his solo song 'Serendipity'. Afterwards, Khalid found the BTS behind the stage.
