News24xx.com - More than 10 years having a brain tumor, a mother named Grace Thoburn from Norfolk, England managed to conncieve a baby in her womb. Quoted from Mirror, her second child is a girl who will be born in June 2019. Thoburn initially hesitated about having a child with her husband James after marriage.

Thoburn is worried that her condition will affect the child in the womb and after birth. "We never underestimated the idea of having a child. But I always wanted to live normally without being restricted by tumors. With love and the desire to form a complete family, I finally tried to have children. I always consulted a doctor and took medicine according to prescription" Thoburn said.

According to Thoburn, the presence of her first child at the age of 33 years is a miracle. Thoburn is actually a little worried about her second pregnancy. But Thoburn is sure she can deliver her daughter safely, after following the doctor's advice and taking antiepileptic drugs.

"If the child is at risk of being affected, I will not continue the pregnancy. But I take safe medication, consume extra folic acid, routinely scan, and always monitor the doctor's team. I do not see the risk of aborting my second child" Thoburn said.

Thoburn's first child is currently growing perfect, smart, and happy. This fact helped strengthen Thoburn to have another child. In addition to routine control, Thoburn's pregnancy is also assisted by the survivor organization Brain Tumor Research and the Astro Brain Tumor Fund.
