After winning European league with Chelsea, Eden Hazard confirms his departed to Real Madrid

News24xx.com - Eden Hazard successfully brought the title of Europa League 2018/2019 for Chelsea on his last match with the Blues. The Belgian delivered a farewell after the Blues won the Europa League by beating Arsenal 4-1 in the final match at Baku Stadium, Azrbaijan, on Wednesday, May 29th 2019 night. Eden Hazard himself contributed a lot in that match by scoring two goals and one assist in the match.

Two more goals from the Blues were scored by Olivier Giroud and Pedro Rodriguez. The only goal from Arsenal was created by Alex Iwobi. Quoted from the Daily Mail, Eden Hazard told BT Sport it was time for him to move on from Chelsea. He is said to have agreed to join Real Madrid on the next season.

"I think this is a farewell, nothing is certain in football. My dream since i was a child is to be able to play in the English Premier League, and I did it for seven years with one of the great clubs in the competition. Maybe it's time to try something new" Hazard said. He said attracted to join Real Madrid to be able to play with the tactician and his idol since childhood, Zinedine Zidane.

Previously BT journalist Sport had picked up comments related to Hazard's certainty about his new club later, but he still did not want to explain it openly. "I don't know yet. We will confirm it in a few days. My target is to win the [Europa League] trophy and it has been achieved" he explained.
