Airstrikes hit hospital and killed at least 11 people in Syria, 4 of them are children

News24xx.com - The airstrikes hit hospitals in the northwestern area of ??Syria. The attack that occurred on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 killed 11 people including 4 underage children.

Quoted from Detik.com, Thursday, July 11, 2019, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said the air strike killed 7 people including 3 children in the city of Jisr al-Shughur, Idlib Province.

The head of the observatory, Rami Abdel Rahman, said three residents were killed after the hospital they were in was attacked, while four others were killed in the city.

'White Helmets' officials said the missiles were targeting hospitals and homes of residents in Jisr al-Sughur. Local doctors said the hospital facilities could no longer operate and the patients were transferred to other hospitals.

Human rights monitors also reported that airstrikes also hit group of homeless people and  killed 4 people, including one child outside the town of Maaret Hurma in Hama Province.

Monitors say more than 550 residents have been killed in regime and Russian air strikes in northwest Syria since the end of April.
