30 members of Meranti flag hoisting troop will be trained to be national flag hoisting troop

News24xx.com - 30 members of Flag Hoisting Troop (Paskibra) in Meranti Islands Regency, will be trained to be part of the National Flag Hoisting Troop (Paskibraka) for the celebration of Indonesian Independence day on August 17th 2019.

The Flag Hoisting Troop consists of the representatives from 9 different districts in Meranti. The Head of Meranti Tourism, Youth and Sport Department, Riski Hidayat SStp Msi welcomed the troop members that will join this training.

“This is the first introduction and is the tradition that is done from generation to generation by the members of Paskibraka,” he said.

Before joining Paskibraka, this troop will be trained by instructors from Indonesian National Army (TNI) and Indonesian Police (Polri). They will be thought to be disciplined and responsible.
