News24xx.com -  The Indonesian Government has dishonorably discharged 1,906 civil servants (PNS) who were involved in acts of corruption out of 2,357 civil servants muddled in corruption.

According to the records from the State Personnel Agency’s Deputy for Personnel Supervision and Control up to August 1st, 2019, the thousands of civil servants involved in the acts of corruption are from 98 state instances and 2,259 regional institutions.

Head of the State Personnel Agency (BKN) Mohammad Ridwan announced that the administrations of the dishonorable discharges are still ongoing with possible changes in the total number of civil servants processed for the violations.

A meeting between the BKN, the Home Affairs Ministry, and the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform said that the dishonorable discharge administration issues are caused by a number of deals yet to be performed by the staffing officer upon the dishonorable discharge decree (SK) on the guilty civil servants.
