Siak Regency and DPRD Are Not Serious About the Unemployment Fate in Tualang, PK-KNPI Will Hold Action

News24xx.com - The Executive Board of the Indonesian National Youth Committee (PK-KNPI) of Tualang will hold an action demanding the rights of local workers in a company located in the Tualang District area, Siak Regency.

This action was held as a form of youth's disillusionment with the policies of the Siak Regency and DPRD, which were considered to be not serious in responding to the problem of the employment crisis for local youth.

"We have conducted a hearing with the company PT Truba Jaga Cita (TJC) and the Siak DPRD. But to this day there is no way out," said Chairman of PK-KNPI Tualang, Ika Rahman, Thursday, August 15, 2019.

The Tualang Youth Leader also said that his party had sent a notification letter to hold an action at the Tualang Sub-District Office to the Tualang Police Station.

"Monday, August 12, 2019, yesterday we delivered our action notification letter to the Tualang Police Station. Hopefully, on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, we will convey our aspirations in front of the Tualang District Office," he said.

Meanwhile, the Tualang Police Chief, Private Commissioner through the Tualang Police Intelligence Unit, Iptu Siswondo confirmed this.

"That's right, last Monday we received a notification letter of demonstration at the Tualang District Office that will be conducted by PK-KNPI Tualang on Wednesday, August 21, 2019," he concluded.
