BENGKALIS - Thousands of people attend Istisqa prayers held by Mandau Sector Police together with Bengkalis Regency Government, Wednesday 18 September 2019. This activity was centered at Sultan Syarif Kasim Field, Simpang Padang Village, Bathin Solapan District.

Also attending the Istisqa prayer were Mandau District Head, Riki Rihardi SSTP, M SI, Korwilcam Education Mandau Peppy Sumanty SH and Mandau Kapolsek Kompol Arvin Hariyadi S.IK.

"This morning the Istisqa prayer (begging for rain) was underway. Because for the past two months we have been hit by drought and forest and land fires," said Mandau police chief, Kompol Arvin Hariyadi.
