News24xx.com -  Cheese is a healthy and delicious snack that is prepared in many ways to produce many varieties and being some of the most popular cheese variants in the world. We all know that bacteria is added to milk to get the finished product we all fondly know as cheese.

While the idea of consuming food riddled with bacteria might sound none too appetizing, it must be known that all milk products, including butter and yogurt contain bacteria. These bacteria are not harmful, and might even have a probiotic effect.

Did you know, that in the world there are some cheese that makes from strange ingridients ?

Cheese made from human bacteria
Lactic acid bacteria such as Lactobacillus and Lactococcus are commonly added to cheese to get the desired product. Now imagine having cheese from bacteria that is found on the human body, specifically from the underarms and belly button. Gross, right? Well, that is exactly what happened in London’s Victoria & Albert Museum.

Bacteria from celebrity
Bacteria from the body of five celebrities was taken to make five different cheeses, which was then put on display in the museum. While banking on celebrity fame, for example, a musician's guitar or an artist’s painting, it is bizarre to imagine that cheese made from the bacteria of celebrities will make someone want to sink their teeth in.

The cheeses displayed were made from bacteria collected from different body parts of celebrities, including armpits, nose, and belly button.

The five celebrity cheese samples were:

- Cheshire made from musician Alex James’ bacteria.

- Comte made from chef Heston Blumenthal’s bacteria.

- Stilton made from baker Ruby Tandoh’s bacteria.

- Mozzarella made from rapper Professor Green’s bacteria.

- Cheddar made from musician Suggs’ bacteria.
