At the closing ceremony, Tembilahan Hulu District was asked to become the overall champion, followed by Gaung District as the second winner and Keritang District as the third winner.

With this victory, Tembilahan Hulu District is entitled to a coaching fee of Rp. 35 million.

In the closing ceremony, there was also an announcement of the winners of the MTQ Bazaar stand for 2 categories, namely sub-districts and the general public. For the Bazar stand in the sub-district category, it was won by Keritang District, Concong District and Enok District.

Meanwhile, the general category bazaar champion in the 49th MTQ Inhil was won by the Disparporabud Inhil, Inhil Disperindag.
