News24xx.com - Unfortunate fate befalls a student with the initial R (12) who attends MTs Annur, Sewon District, Bantul Regency. R was killed at the hands of a school friend with the initial M (12).

R died after fighting face to face with M. The fighting happened on Monday, October 14, 2019, in one of the Anns MTs classrooms.

Sewon police chief, Commissioner Paimun said, before the fight broke out, the R victim had mocked the M perpetrators. As a result of this ridicule the two were involved in a fight to the point of killing R.

Paimun explained, when victim R mocked M, his two colleagues supported them to fight. R was stimulated, then he pushed M and made M fell.

Not accepting to be pushed to the ground, the perpetrator M then stood up and hit R. R were beaten right in his ribs. Because of the blow, the victim fell, vomiting.

The victim was then taken to the Sewon Health Center 1. At the Puskesmas the victim was found dead. This is reinforced by the results of examinations from Sewon 1 health center doctors.

Regarding the case, Paimun said that his party had summoned a number of witnesses and conducted a crime scene.

Paimun explained, when handling these deadly fights, the Police used the Child Protection Act. "For him (M) the examination is waiting for a companion, because his parents live outside of Java. He has not been detained because of his children and other procedures, where we use child protection law."
