UAS Resignation as Lecturer Approved If It Has Been Clarified by UIN Rector Suska Riau

News24xx.com - Ustaz Abdul Somad (UAS) submitted a resignation letter as a lecturer at the Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University (UIN Suska) Riau. However, the resignation must be clarified directly by the Chancellor to the UAS.

Rector of UIN Suska Riau Ahmad Mujahidin, Wednesday (10/16/2019), confirmed that he had received a letter of resignation from the UAS. A meeting with the UIN Suska Riau Personnel Development Team was held.

"Yes, that's right (the UAS submitted a letter of resignation). We just held a meeting," he said.

The results of the meeting were decided, the Chancellor of UIN Suska had to meet with the UAS first to be asked for clarification. If it is indeed true, then the letter of resignation UAS is processed.

Previously, the news of UAS Suska's withdrawal from UIN became a discussion among Riau people. One close friend of the UAS, Hendriyanto, revealed the reason for his withdrawal as a lecturer.

"UAS resigned due to the tight schedule so it cannot fulfill its obligations as a lecturer," he said.
