Not Having a Clear Reputation, America Underestimates ISIS New Leader

News24xx.com - Last Friday (1 Noevember 2019) the United States called the new leader of ISIS "nobody" because it did not have a clear reputation.

Even so, America hopes the new leader can be killed immediately, said local authorities as reported by alarabiya.net.

The statement was revealed after ISIS announced their new leader.

ISIS confirmed the death of their previous leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi and at the same time announced their new leader via voice message on 31 October 2019.

Reported by CNN, ISIS announced their new leader named Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurashi.

The announcement was recorded by a new ISIS spokesman, Abu Hamza al-Qarshi.

"America, doesn't need to be happy to kill Sheikh al-Baghdadi," the ISIS spokesman said in an audio recording.

Abu Hamza al-Qarshi replaced Abu Hasan al-Muhajir, who was killed at the hands of American troops near Jarablus, Syria.
