A Drug Dealer in Bungaraya Siak Arrested, Police Find Senpi and 2 Bullet Points

News24xx.com - Bungaraya Police Criminal Investigation Unit secured a man with the initial NS who was suspected of distributing methamphetamine and ecstasy drugs in Siak Regency. Not only drugs, the police also seized a firearm (senpi) from the suspect's hands.

The 43-year-old man, a resident of Jalan Arbes, Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan Regency was arrested in a house in Sri Mersing Hamlet, Jatibaru Village, Bungaraya District, Siak Regency on Tuesday 12 November 2019 at around 17:30 West Indonesia Time.

Bungaraya police chief, AKP Amarullah said, the arrest of suspects, originated from information from residents of Sri Mersing Hamlet, there is one house that is often used as a suspect as a place of transaction and drug abuse.

"From there, we immediately conducted an investigation into the crime scene. And sure enough, we found a suspect in a room under the influence of drugs, allegedly the suspect NS had just consumed methamphetamine," said the police chief, Thursday 15 November 2019.

The police chief continued, during the search, besides evidence in the form of a large package of methamphetamine, 5 ecstasy pills, also found a senpi of a 9 mm caliber type revolver along with two rounds of Pindad brand ammunition.

"Without a fight, NS suspects were immediately escorted to the Bungaraya Police Headquarters along with all the evidence for further examination and development," he concluded.
