South African Surfer Successfully Conquered Bono Pelalawan Waves

News24xx.com - The summit of Bekudo Bono or Bono Surfing, was successfully held in the village of Teluk Meranti, Teluk Meranti District, Pelalawan Regency, Thursday, November 14, 2019.

6 surfers from abroad and several local surfers from Meranti Bay took part in a professional group.

Dozens of Meranti Bay youth did not want to miss trying and trying out Bono's waves in the amateur group.

For almost 2 hours, this professional group danced and conquered Bono's waves. This group, started surfing from Tanjung Pebilah.

As for the amateur group, surfers play Bono waves for about half an hour. They started the action from Block F, also known by the people as Tanjung Baubau.

The result, for the amateur class, won third place Paul, second place Oye and first place Fandi.

As for the professional group, Mike surfer from Hong Kong won third place. The second place winner Ruzi Hartono and the highlight was South African surfer Daniel.

Ruzi Hartono is a local surfer from Meranti Bay. They routinely practice and play Bono waves in the Kampar river.
