BPJS Health Fee is Increasing, Chairman of Bengkalis MUI Asks for Better Services

BENGKALIS- By raising the BPJS Health rate which has been determined through Presidential Decree number 75 of 2019. For the amendment of Presidential regulation number 82 of 2018 regarding Health Insurance.

Responding to this, the Chairperson of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) Bengkalis Regency Amrizal Isa said that, with the BPJS Health tariff increase, in principle there is no problem.

"The question of increasing BPJS fees in principle does not matter. As long as health services must be further improved," said Chairman of the MUI Bengkalis Regency H Amrizal, Monday 18 November 2019.

Still Amrizal said, with the increase in BPJS contributions to the government it was also expected to explain the reason for the increase in excitement clearly.

"In fact, the increase in BPJS contributions is not a problem, and the government is also expected to explain the reasons clearly and wisely, so that people in Indonesia can understand," Amrizal said again.

Amrizal continued, the point was that the increase in BPJS contributions was also an attempt by the government to improve the quality of health services for the society.

"After the increase in BPJS fees, the government must really pay attention to community services that use BPJS to be further improved," he concluded.

It is known, BPJS Health has increased up to 100% which is applied to BPJS users including class 1 and 2. While for class 3 only increased 65% to Rp 42 thousand. (R24 / Hari)
