The police succeeded in securing 23 narcotic packages of methamphetamine with a gross weight of 6.61 grams from the hands of the two suspects, HE (32) and NM (35), which were suspected to be circulated in the Sungai Mandau sub-district.

The arrest of the husband and wife started with information conveyed by the community, that in Muara Bungkal Village, Sungai Mandau District, narcotics transactions often occur.

The police found evidence of 23 packages of narcotic type of methamphetamine. Both suspects and evidence were taken to the Mandau River Police Station for further investigation.

In addition to drugs that have been wrapped in clear plastic, the police also secured evidence in the form of 1 unit of a motorcycle without a police number, 300 thousand in cash and 1 unit of Samsung brand folding handphone.
