Because the 44 stalls of traders have been marked by the manager of the Sukaramai Trade Center (Sukaramai Market) namely PT Makmur Papan Permata (MPP). These stalls will be demolished for the construction of the terrace of the Sukaramai Market.

"For traders who want to move, we will help move their merchandise. We guarantee merchant merchandise is safe," said Head of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) Agus Pramono on the sidelines of dismantling the kiosks, Tuesday (11/19/2019 ).

Traders are invited to move after the location is provided by PT MPP or the Industry and Trade Office. If 44 of these traders do not want to move, they will be evicted.

"Later, all the kiosks in the TPS will also be demolished. This location is only temporary. So the name is TPS after the 2015 fire," Agus explained.

Pemko Pekanbaru with PT MPP seeks to provide a good relocation place for traders. Because, Sukaramai Market is in the middle of the city.

"Since 11 November, they have been notified either directly or or an official letter. In general, they want to move," Agus said.

The reason is, this kiosk is not suitable for trading. Moreover, the traders claimed that their turnover was small.

"Because the place is muddy and not good for trading," concluded Agus.
