Drowsy Driver, Mobdin Bengkalis Regency Government Moved into a Trench in Penebal Village and Almost Populated by Residents' Houses

News24xx.com - One unit of official car (Mobdin) owned by Bengkalis Regency Government suffered a single accident on Main Street, Penebal Village, Tiga Simpang Madi Hamlet, Bengkalis District, Thursday 5 December 2019 at 12.50 WIB.

Hildin Mobdin type BM 8298 D was driven by ASN, Rahmad Zulfan (33) with three passengers including Diongi (49) Head of Irrigation Sector PUPR Bengkalis, Jefri (45) residents of Perapat Tunggal Village and Sukiman (40) residents of Gatot Subroto.

Meanwhile, the Head of Bengkalis Police Kasatlantas, AKP Hairul Hidayat through a member of the Lakalis Traffic Unit of the Bengkalis Police Precinct, Bripka DS Ginting confirmed the incident.

"The car came from the village of Pambang towards Bengkalis City at medium speed. Upon arrival at the crime scene the driver Rahmad Zulfan was sleepy, so he lost control, when the road conditions were cornering," he said.
